The The Compassionate Friends,  5th International Gathering’s commettee  has selected the Panamericano Buenos Aires Resort Hotel & Convention Center as offical hotel for attendees to the Gathering.

The hotel have made an enormus contibution in order to help the Oganizatioin of the Gathering and also offer special rates to accommodate parents and friend.
If you want an alternative hotel, just contact the housing coordinator office, they will be offer some alternatives hotels.

Do not contact the hotel directly, special rates will be available only through the use of the enclosed form.

RESERVATIONS FOR ACCOMMODATION AND TRANSFERS

In order to apply for the hotel rates specially negotiated for this Gathering, de must complete the Accommodation Form.
The hotel has established November 30th as deadline to reserve rooms at the granted special rate. After that date the allotment will be cancelled and therefore all reservations will be subject to confirmation and rates may vary.

In order to receive the special rates, parents please have complete their accommodation requirements on the registration form. Official Coordinator and Housing Bureau have booked hotel accommodation on behalf of the delegates.

RATES
The rates quoted are per room per night, in US Dolars, include breakfast and do not include any taxes (presently VAT is 21 %). A minimum 3-night stay is required in orde to apply for these rates.
The hotel reserves the right to change the rates after November 30th, 2008

HOTEL RESERVATION DEADLINE
Bookings will be processed on a first come first served basis. The deadline for priority accommodation is November 30th, 2008. All bookings received after this date will be on request, which means we may not be able to confirm your first choice for accommodation. In any case we will always offer alternatives that we can confirm.

Check-in time: 15:00 hs.(in order to have rooms available before this time, it is necessary to reserve and pay the prior night).
Check-out time: 12:00 hs.

Confirmations will be sent once payment has been credited. All reservations and changes must be sent in writing to the Official Travel and Housing Coordinator Office TCF, 5TH International Gathering. Reservations must not be sent directo the hotel. Name changes will have a penalty of USD 30.-

PAYMENT POLICY
Full prepayment is required in order to confirm reservations. If payment is not received the reservations will not be processed.
The balance of the accommodation bill must be paid  by April 5th , 2009. If you pay with Credit Card, the balance of the hotel will be debit from your Credit Card by November 30th , 2008 .
Only extras are to be paid directly to the hotel cashier

WAYS OF PAYMENT
Credit Cards: Complete Credit Card information must be submitted (including security code) in order to confirm hotel reservations.
Bank Transfer: If you wish to send a bank transfer, please contact the Official Coordinator and Housing Bureau in Buenos Aires to obtain more information.
Cheque: will be accepted only for Argentinean delegates.
