The compassionate friends will gather again for the 2009, in this opportunity Argentina and Buenos Aires, as the venue of The Compassionate Friends,  5th International Gathering, will give us the opportunity to “continuing building bridges of love without borders” and commemorate 40 compasionate years since The Compassionate Friend was founded in Coventry, England by Reverend Dr. Simon Stephens .
This will be an unique committment to bringing together the bereaved, the bereavement support of the professionals who work with the bereaved.  This will add to the excitement as bereaved parents from all over the world join the Gathering.
Buenos Aires, will give us the opportunity to know each other. To exchange experiences.  To talk about our children. To share difficulties and achievements.

To achieve those goals, we propose you an intense work in committees chats and workshops.  Moments of camaraderie and interaction, that will allow us confirm that, even at diversity, it is possible to amalgamate us in a common project to believe again in a future.
