PRE AND POST TOURS

Each tour is expected to operate exactly as shown subject to minimum number of being reached, If minimum number are not achieved, an alternative program will be offered or complete refund will be made. Certainly tours will also have limited space which will be allocated strictly in order to receipt bookings.

HOW TO BOOK
Please complete the Tour Booking Form and return it to the Official Coordinator and Housing Bureau
AIRFARES WITHIN ARGENTINA
All the tours cost includes air tickets in Argentina. If the class quoted is not available at the time of the booking, the tour will be recosted.
TOURS CONDITIONS
All the tours are quoted in American Dolars and includes VAT tax.
All hotel reservation and tours are booked and all tour arrangement are made on the express condition that Covitour Congresos S.A. and their agents shall be exempt from, all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his/her luggage or any other property, for any reason whatsoever.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION OF CONGRES TOURS
Payments: For all tours, full payment is required to be sent in advance.
Cancellation: In thee vent of cancellation, 90% of the total will be refund if notication before March 1st, 2009.
80 % of the total amount will be refunded if notification is received after April 1st, 2009.
No refunds for cancellations received after april 15th, 2009
(*) As the minimum connection time between the domestic and the international airport of Buenos Aires is 4 hours, and depending on the return international flights of delegates, it may be necessary to add an extra night at Buenos Aires. Every particular situation will be informed to delegates.
